The exhibition talks about the survival of our ecosystem. Each invited artist faces a different theme.
To talk about "Waste" topic, the curators of the show asked the artist to reproduce an old urban installation, realized in Italy in 2013.
"Garbage bins are a clear indicator of our eating habits. It is enough to just open the lid and take a look inside to analyse the stuff we consume. So-called junk food has been common for decades in pratically every corner of the world. Its lack of nutrients is replaced by a large amount of calories which create a surplus of energy, much more than we can burn off.
If we focus on containers of leftovers, we can see that a significant part of the population does not recycle. Garbage that is not managed properly can end up polluting the soil and water we depend on so much".

La mostra parla della sopravvivenza del nostro ecosistema. Ogni artista invitato ha affrontato un tema diverso.
Per parlare del tema "Rifiuti", i curatori della mostra hanno chiesto all'artista di riprodurre una vecchia installazione urbana, realizzata in Italia nel 2013.
"I bidoni della spazzatura sono un chiaro indicatore delle nostre abitudini alimentari. Basta aprire il coperchio e dare un'occhiata all'interno per analizzare cosa consumiamo.
Da decenni il cosiddetto cibo spazzatura è diffuso in ogni angolo del mondo. La sua mancanza di nutrienti è sostituita da una grande quantità di calorie che creano un surplus di energia, molto più di quanto possiamo bruciare.
Se ci concentriamo sui bidoni degli avanzi, possiamo vedere che una parte significativa della popolazione non ricicla. I rifiuti non gestiti correttamente possono finire per inquinare il suolo e l'acqua, elementi da cui dipendiamoin modo vitale".
